Look no further than Marriott International's Global Leadership Development Program: Voyage.

As a Voyage participant, over 12 – 18 months you will take on a full paid supervisory level role in your department of interest at one of our hotels. You will receive discipline-specific training as well as a leadership-focused curriculum that will prepare you to become a future leader within our organization. Our network of Voyagers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, are also in touch with one another on a regular basis and collaborate on group projects.

In addition to hands-on experience in your department, you will also have the opportunity to participate in mini rotations across all departments, including shadowing your General Manager for a day. You will also have access to our senior leaders and coaches, who will provide you with career advice and mentorship.

To be eligible for the program, you must have graduated or be due to graduate from a university or hotel school between June 2022 and September 2024. You must also hold the authorization to work in the European Union (or an EU member state), as visa sponsorship is not available.

For the management program with the JW Marriott Hotel Berlin, you need to be fluent in German and English.
