What you will be doing

  • You will review, process, and create invoices, ensuring their timely and accurate payment.

  • You will assist us in processing and documenting invoices and other documents on Salesforce, Google Drive, and Agenda.

  • You will assist us with general accounting and administrative tasks.

  • You will assist us with reviewing the payment traffic, creating payment reminders and dunning letters.

  • You will assist us by processing monthly billings and writing reports.

  • You will help us optimize processes and make them more efficient.

More about you

  • You have completed a business degree with a focus on finance.

  • Or: You have completed commercial training, ideally with an additional qualification as a certified accountant.

  • You bring relevant experience in the financial sector, ideally as an accountant in start-ups or the real estate industry.

  • Very good German and English skills.

  • Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail.
