Are you a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment? We’re looking for a Finance & Business Controller to take full ownership of financial reporting, business partnering, and commercial analysis.

Aufgaben

• You select, set up, and monitor key financial KPIs to drive business performance
• You create, manage, and deliver regular and ad hoc financial reports, including monthly and annual reports, bank and investor decks
• You act as the finance business partner to key stakeholders, providing data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making
• You analyze operational data to uncover commercial opportunities and enhance profitability
• You ensure high data quality across all business units, maintaining accuracy and reliability for financial analysis

Qualifikation

• You have 2-4 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or a similar role, ideally within a marketing, media, or agency environment.
• You are highly skilled in financial modeling, reporting, and data visualization, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• You possess a strong understanding of P&L management, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning
• You are comfortable working autonomously, taking full ownership of financial tasks without a dedicated team
• You excel in stakeholder communication, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial teams
