How do we do that? We deliver parcels on the last mile with our e-bikes and e-vans at individual appointments at the customers' desired date and time.

Tasks

• Checking, account assignment, and accounting of incoming invoices in compliance with legal and tax regulations
• Preparation of monthly outgoing invoices/credit entries
• Booking of daily account statements including account reconciliation and clarification
• Claims management including the execution of the dunning process and debt collection
• Control and monitoring of payment transactions
• Master data creation and maintenance in cooperation with the different stakeholders
• Supporting the team management with monthly and year-end closing tasks
• Preparation of evaluations and reports
• Support with monthly payroll

Requirements

Ideal candidate:

• You are in your early career with the willingness to develop into a Finance Manager yet you hold extensive knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping
• You are a proactive and critical thinker with a highly analytical mindset
• You are fluent in German and your English level is min B2
• You have a precise workstyle
• You are passionate about working crossfunctional regarding taking over/contributing to team budgeting, financial analysis, and strategies

Nice to haves:

• You are interested in reviewing current processes, setting up new approaches to ensure constant improvement and adaptation of processes
• You have experience with German authorities/bureaucracy
• Track record in finding and dealing with local subsidies programs
