Job Title: Finance Manager
Salary: €60,000 per year + great perks
Location: Berlin, Germany
Hybrid working – 2 days office

What are we looking for?

  • Professional qualifications in accounting or finance
  • Previous experience in planning, and management reporting, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Proven analytical skills using common financial software tools (like Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong report writing skills, and great eye for detail
  • Likes to work in an autonomous and flexible environment
  • Fluent in English and German

    • Responsibilities

  • Working with the Country Manager to support the creation of budgeting, forecasting, and dealing with external audits, and tax authorities
  • Identifying financial risks and providing potential solutions to them
  • Taking care of the Country’s profit and loss reports
  • Overseeing the daily accounting operations
  • Monitoring financial targets and implementing measures to reach them accordingly
  • Leading the finance team (1 direct report) and making sure deadlines are met
  • Participating in business improvement and process improvement projects
