Stellenbeschreibung

• Lead operational finance planning and reporting, including Budget, Forecast, EAC, Operational Planning, End-of-Year Estimates, monthly closing, reporting standardization, and automation of financial processes
• Act as the main finance business partner, supporting internal stakeholders with financial analyses, cost calculations, decision support, new ways of working, and improving financial transparency and understanding
• Develop and manage costing methodologies, including cost modeling, risk and opportunity assessment, identification of cost drivers, documentation, presentation of results, and continuous improvement of costing tools and methods
• Coordinate cross-functional industrial and financial activities, consolidating inputs from Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Procurement for planning, reporting, forecasting, investments, audits, and ED/FCAS work packages, while supporting supplier strategy and negotiations
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance, maintaining cost knowledge and best practices, harmonizing processes and tools across divisions, ensuring regulatory and Ethics & Compliance adherence, and providing management with transparent financial insights to support strategic decision-making

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Professional experience in the field of Controlling, Finance and Project Management
• Very good knowledge of using MS-Office (esp. MS Excel) and SAP S/4
• Fluent in English
• English CV required
