Founder Associate Internship (m/w/d)

Mooneh is a new start-up based in Berlin that is aiming to elevate veganism and food convenience by providing plant-based cheese alternatives. Our international team is passionate about food and business (our founders are serial entrepreneurs and investment bankers from Deutsche Bank, Nomura, and City).

We are backed by one of Germany's hidden champions of the food industry, senior executives from the FMCG industry and part of the Edeka Food Tech Campus Accelerator program. Mooneh is aiming to launch multiple products within the next few months. To achieve this we are looking for a founder associate intern with a can-do attitude who wants to be an active part of this exciting journey.

Tasks

Your responsibilities:

• You will actively drive business development and work very closely with the co-founders on strategic and operational topics.
• You will conduct independent market research to identify, collect, manage and analyze relevant business data.
• You will support the founders in product launch-related tasks such as operations and sales.
• You will support the weekly team meetings by gathering updates, talking minutes, and update actions.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and can stay with us for 3 months. German is a must (professional +).
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in start-ups and food.
• You are able to work in an independent, structured, and goal-oriented manner.
• You are talented at quickly grasping problems and finding solutions, and you enjoy communicating with stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
• An organizational talent who is open-minded, with self-confidence, and a never-ending good mood, striving for excellence.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and enjoy working with new software.
• Eligible to work within the EU.
