We are an Operating System for small architecture business. We are a VC-backed 7-people team with 200+ happy customers.

Our mission is to simplify or remove administrative tasks for small architecture firms, enabling them to focus on creativity and client satisfaction. We enhance architects' workdays with user-friendly software and caring interactions.

Vision

Our vision is to be the operating system for European construction SMBs, empowering them to create groundbreaking architecture and construction, continuing Europe's thousand-year legacy of building excellence.

Strategy

Our strategy is to understand architects' needs better than everyone in the market, combining this insight with our product engineering expertise to deliver valuable solutions as fast as possible.

Aufgaben

Until now, I have owned and executed most of the tasks below. I need someone eager to take some of these off my plate:

• Marketing: Craft blogs & emails, record ads and optimize landing pages.
• Sales: Engage with potential users to understand their pain and current solutions.
• Customer Success: Chat with customers to resolve their issues and gather feedback.
• Product: Identify the next problem we should solve for our architects.
• Analytics: Making sure we have just the right data to track our progress and make solid decisions.
• Hiring: Find talented people and get them excited about helping our architects.

Qualifikation

• German speaking. All our customers speak German...
• Practical Problem Solver. You thrive on devising and executing solutions rather than theorizing about challenges.
• Optimistic Visionary. Building a company is hard, but with belief in the journey, it becomes both easier and more enjoyable.
• Ego-Free Collaborator. Your primary role is to ensure the success of others, by any means necessary.
• Analytical Thinker. You will juggle numerous tasks, many unfamiliar. You must excel at grasping essentials and structuring your approach effectively.
