Ihre Aufgaben

You will be the right hand of an experienced founding team shaping Baobab’s strategy by supporting team in:

• Work closely with our CEO and leadership team on strategic projects and be involved in key decision making
• Get unique training and insights into a dynamic Start up and its several departments including the Sales, Product and Operations team
• Contribute to key strategic projects end-to-end and be part of defining the overall company strategies for internationalisation, extension of their addressable market and strategic sales partnerships
• Collaborate with various interdisciplinary stakeholders and help them in preparing presentation materials
• Research due-diligence, competitors and markets

Ihr Profil

• Prior relevant work experience in one of the following: fast-growth startup, business operations role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
• Have strong slide writing and presentation skills and first experience in multi-stakeholder projects
• Think strategically and analytically
• Are reliable, accurate, and independent in your way of working
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to communicate with various stakeholders in German and English
