• The Firework is an emerging social network that, for the first time, connects users based on their values and personality traits. It's not about dating, but about all areas of life. Top target group for market entry in Germany: High Potentials
• We worked with over 100 experts incl. 14 psychologists
• Renowned experts have collaborated with us, such as Prof. Hans-Peter Erb, the #1 on Google for "Sozialpsychologie” (German for “social psychology”), and Jochen Emig, a Top 40 Global Machine Learning Expert at Google
• We talked to over 1000 people about this idea incl. 30 customer interviews
• We have analyzed 28 personality tests / value models and already built a first prototype
• Our goal is to build the world's best matching algorithm (using AI) and provide each person with their absolute dream environment, so that everyone can unleash their full potential

From now on, we are seeking a CTO (m/f/d) as a co-founder who wants to build and lead a development team and rebuild the platform from zero. Our first prototype was built by our partner company. We got 4 interested business angels and once the CTO is in the team, we will raise 700k so that a whole team can be paid to rebuild the platform. Also, we applied to 700k of grants.

Tasks

• Build and lead a development team
• Rebuild the platform from zero
• Development of strategies for platform scalability and ensuring security and stability
• Continuous optimization of technical architecture and processes
• Close collaboration with the founding team and other stakeholders to achieve company goals

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in software development
• 5 years of experience in leading development teams and successfully delivering projects
• 5 years of experience in scaling platforms and ensuring data security
• Ideally, experience in AI
• Ideally, already worked at Apple, Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Intel, Hewlett-Packard, OpenAI, SAP, ... (investors like this)
• Ideally, already worked on matching platforms/apps
• Willingness to participate in the Y Combinator in San Francisco, the world's top startup accelerator, for three months in Q1 or Q3 2024
• Fast in speaking, thinking and acting
• High-energy person
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to overcome technical challenges
• Interest in modern technologies like AR or Web3
• Desire to create value and propel humanity forward
• Openness to building a global company and willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment for min. 3 years
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
