Tasks

WhatYou’ll Do

Define and executeour 0→1 marketingstrategy: Build a scalable, multi-channel approach to acquire and retain customers.

Ownourbrand narrative: Develop compelling messaging that resonates with our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).

Drive useracquisition & activation: Implement and optimize marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and partnership channels.

Build a communityofadvocates: Foster engagement through content, thought leadership, and customer success stories.

Maximizeproductlaunches: Ensure every feature release is a marketing moment, driving adoption and engagement.

Experiment & iterate: Measure, analyze, and refine strategies using data-driven insights.

Requirements

WhatWe’re Looking For

2+ yearsofexperience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in an early-stage startup.

Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns that drove user acquisition and revenue growth.

T-shapedmarketer: Deep expertise in one area (e.g., performance marketing, content, SEO) with a broad understanding of others.

Technical marketingacumen: Experience with APIs, integrations, or developer-focused products is a plus.

Creative mindset: You can turn complex technical topics into compelling narratives and engaging campaigns.

Growth-driven: You move fast, iterate quickly, and have a strong bias toward execution.

Fluent in English & German (8/10+ level).
