Founding Product Designer (m/w/d)

We are looking for someone to lead our product efforts, are you up for it?

Tasks

Design & Development

• Lead the design of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using Figma.
• Develop and iterate on design prototypes, wireframes, and user flows.
• Ensure that all designs are in alignment with usability and accessibility standards.

User Experience & Testing

• Develop and implement user testing plans to gather feedback and insights.
• Analyze user feedback and website analytics to optimize the user experience.
• Use A/B testing to validate design concepts and implement improvements.

Product Management

• Define and refine product value propositions, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.
• Manage the product design lifecycle from concept through to implementation and iteration.
• Coordinate with developers, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure design cohesiveness and project timelines.

Requirements

• Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web standards, and accessibility guidelines.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• you like to work in a small team & start-up
• like to have autonomy, ownership and responsibility from day 1
• Previous work on digital platforms and mobile app design is preferred
• Fluent in English & ideally German
