French/ Spanish Customer Service Representative (m/w/d)

Meine Aufgaben
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with external customers, managing assigned accounts as necessary
  • Take ownership for your customer’s satisfaction
  • Resolve day-to-day problems with customers by telephone and email
  • Recommend products to customers based on their requirements
  • Prepare quotations up to 100k€
  • Enter and expedite orders in an accurate and timely manner using SAP
  • Understand and implement order, scheduling and expediting process
  • Manage the formalized delivery process and capture changes to delivery dates
  • Work closely with our internal departments like production, sales, product line management, finance and logistic
  • Order and Project Management
Meine Qualifikationen
  • Commercial Training or College Degree
  • Experience in Customer Service and/or Customer Project Management
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Fluent in French, Spanish and English
  • Ability to communicate in Italian or any other European language is a plus
  • Project Management Skills
  • Ability to give structure to complex situations
  • Technical interest
  • Passion to find a better way to complete a task or resolve a problem
  • Team and collaboration skills to work well with others
