awork is aiming high—our vision is for awork to be used by over 100,000 teams worldwide by 2030. To get there, we need bold ideas and a lot of experiments. Our interdisciplinary Growth Team focuses on identifying growth potentials across the entire customer journey, from ad funnels to product experience. We’re constantly testing and learning—and now we’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to bring technical expertise to the team.

Tasks

• Collaborate with the Growth Team to design and execute initiatives that drive awork’s growth.
• Lead the technical implementation (both frontend and backend) of growth-focused projects.
• Build and optimize solutions aimed at improving conversion rates, reducing churn, and boosting user retention.
• Continuously improve the tools and infrastructure supporting our growth experiments.
• Participate in workshops, share insights from user research, and provide the technical perspective in all growth initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in full stack development, particularly with TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Bonus: Experience in the SaaS industry with a focus on growth-related projects.
• You’re proactive, enjoy taking ownership, and thrive in cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable with change and quick pivots without losing focus.
• Curiosity drives you—you love challenging the status quo and finding the best solutions.
• Excellent English skills (our working language is English ).
