Tasks

We’re searching for a Fullstack Developer to join our core team full-time. As one of our first hires, you won’t just write code – you’ll help us build the future of Kini from the ground up, working hand-in-hand with the founders. Your impact will be felt across the entire company as you take ownership of key projects, contribute your ideas, and help shape the product and tech stack.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

• Full Ownership: Be a driving force in building our tech team, lead your own initiatives, and take full responsibility for the outcomes.
• Make an Impact: Shape our tech infrastructure and develop innovative products that redefine how data flows in recruiting.
• Backend & Frontend Mastery: Develop and maintain features across the full stack – from Python/Django on the backend to React on the frontend.
• Cloud Wizardry: Help design and integrate scalable solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Run.
• API Expertise: Design and build RESTful APIs to ensure smooth data exchange across platforms.
• Database Management: Manage and optimize database systems to handle large-scale data efficiently.

Here’s what we’d love to see:

• A deep passion for building things from scratch and shaping the future of a company.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the willingness to own your projects end-to-end.
• Ideally 3+ years of fullstack development experience with a focus on B2B applications.
• Proficiency or eagerness to master our stack: Python, Django, React, RESTful APIs, GCP.
• Experience working in early-stage startups or founding your own projects is a huge plus.
