Tasks

Responsibilities:
As a General Manager, you will be expected to perform the following tasks:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage and cultivate a positive work environment for staff
- Take charge of recruitment, shift planning, and onboarding of new employees, serving as the main point of contact for the team
- Control costs and minimize waste

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent time-management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Possess a host and hands-on mindset
- Open-mindedness, fluency in English, and comfort in an international and dynamic environment
