YOUR ROLE

• Support the global digital education team in implementing the global digital content creation for online learning
• Coordinate initiatives with agencies and global partners as well as local & regional education teams
• Working on the strategic direction of the content vision
• Own set of responsibilities for platform functionalities and designing new platform features
• Analysing KPI's and actively driving improved user experience & conversion rates based on data insights

YOUR SKILLS

• Successfully completed bachelors degree in business administration or similar
• Proficiency in Scrum, LMS and agile working methods
• High digital media affinity
• Knowledge in the field of adult Learning, ideally 3 years of work experience in the field of digital education
• You love project management and have strong communications skills
• Fluent in English, further language skills are beneficial
