Global Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin, you will be responsible for SEM, paid social ads and display/RTB campaigns in international markets, manage sales and budgets and analyze KPIs. Your tasks will include conducting competitive analyses, optimizing landing pages and ad texts as well as tracking and optimizing advertising channels such as remarketing and Google Display Network.

• Conception and implementation of SEM, Meta Ads, Display/ RTB campaigns with sales and budget responsibility
• KPI analysis and optimization of various online campaigns
• Optimization of advertising texts through A/B tests and evaluation of new SEM, meta or display features and betas
• Monitoring and analyzing relevant international markets and identifying relevant performance marketing trends
• Support with tracking maintenance and optimization for paid media channels

You have good self-organization skills with a hands-on mentality and a high level of initiative. You also bring:

• At least four years of practical experience in search and display advertising.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Native Advertising. Experience in programmatic is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a high affinity for numbers
• Results-oriented work, a high degree of initiative and self-discipline, as well as a creative mindset when creating ads
• Very good knowledge of web analytics and tracking (Server Side Tracking)
• Good knowledge in dealing with Google Ads Editor, Facebook Business Manager, Native Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Microsoft Office package, Power BI experience is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English, an additional European language is an advantage
