Graphic Designer for Amazon Agency GER/ENG (m/w/d)

We are a dynamic and growing e-commerce consulting firm specializing in supporting Amazon sellers in optimizing their accounts and building successful brands. Our team consists of experts in marketing, technology, and business strategy. We are looking for a motivated and competent Graphic Designer to join our German team.

Tasks

• Independently conceptualize and design creative graphic design concepts for marketing campaigns on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Kaufland, Otto, and Walmart USA
• Create engaging product images and infographics to enhance the visibility and sales success of brand products
• Design compelling advertising materials such as banners, ads, and videos to strengthen the brand presence on online marketplaces
• Ensure the implementation of design guidelines and adherence to corporate design in all graphic materials
• Manage, take responsibility for, and coordinate the design team and their work outcomes
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative design ideas and ensure that visual communication aligns with company goals
• Design, develop, and maintain our website using Webflow

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in designing graphic elements for digital media
• Good communication skills in both English and German (business fluent, min B2)
• Good time and task management
• Strong sense of digital imagery and conceptualization
• Proficient in using common graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more)
• Experience with Webflow or similar tools
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei, ChatGPT) and a willingness to continuously learn
• Experience with video editing and video animations is an advantage
• Experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Kaufland, etc. is an advantage
