Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Grinding Technician (m/w/d) for cylindrical and surface components to join our team in Ötisheim. This is a full-time position, working day shifts with a weekly schedule of 35 to 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently set up and operate conventional guideway grinding machines as well as cylindrical and surface grinding machines.
• Perform precise grinding operations adhering to strict quality standards and industry norms.
• Conduct thorough inspections of finished parts and implement necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
• Collaborate closely with assembly and design departments to ensure seamless workflow.
• Carry out routine maintenance and upkeep of grinding machines and tooling to guarantee optimal performance.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as a grinder or equivalent technical qualification.
• Ideally, prior experience in grinding operations.
• Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in German is advantageous.
• Manual dexterity and a technical mindset.
