GHARAGE is the Vision Hub and Venture Vehicle backed by Gebr. Heinemann. Founded in 2019 the company is entirely dedicated to constantly innovating Travel and Retail with a focus on Airports globally. We are a diverse team to partner, build and invest in the future of travel and retail. GHARAGE is active in Northern Europe with a headquarters in Hamburg, as well as in Southeast Asia with an office based in Singapore.
The future of GHARAGE will involve innovation and venture capital services, and will expand to creative impulses and related services to make the airport industry more exciting and sustainable. In this context, we are setting up a new department within GHARAGE under the working title “Creative Hub”, which will focus on providing outstanding strategic, creative and design services for internal and external parties.
In your role as Head of Creative and Strategy (m/f/d), you will be responsible for, for example, building up your team to deliver outstanding creative and design services. At the same time, you will be the interface to our clients. In addition to the day-to-day business, you will have the opportunity to grow beyond the creative disciplines and, for example, bring brands to life.
Tasks
You manage and work together with the creative team on client projects and take responsibility for conception, design and production
You develop and present ideas in convincing concept presentations, captivating exposés and storyboards and manage the visualization with effective images
You think innovatively along the value chain when it comes to airports and their future, taking our customers and projects to the next level
You travel to customers and are the point of contact for turning their visions into reality
You are responsible for adhering to schedules and coordinating the available resources to fulfill short and long-term requirements
You ensure compliance with customer briefings on brand essence, CI, corporate language and visual language
Requirements
You have at least seven years of relevant professional experience in the agency sector, ideally with a focus on brand or marketing communication or a comparable area
You have experience in managing a wide variety of projects and are proficient in project management
You drive innovation by keeping up to date with industry trends, the latest technologies and design methods
You have experience with vision projects and convince with long-term visions for creative projects in retail, at airports or in a comparable environment
You have an affinity for physical themes and bring a high aesthetic vision and dynamism to your work
You communicate very well, can take external and internal parties on board and have very high standards for the quality and accuracy of your work
You create expressive presentations and present them in German and English.
Ideally, you also have knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
