Your Responsibilities:

• Leadership role within the management team of the ophthalmology department
• Representing the department in clinical, organizational, and scientific matters
• Active involvement in the strategic, conceptual, and economic development of the ophthalmology clinic
• Commitment to medical education by participating in the training of students in the Human Medicine program at the Medical School Berlin

Your Profile:

• Board certification in ophthalmology (m/w/d), with additional interdisciplinary qualifications considered an advantage
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external partners, economic thinking, cross-departmental organizational understanding, and a cooperative leadership style
• Academic achievements such as habilitation or equivalent scholarly accomplishments are advantageous but not mandatory
