We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our team of passionate educational consultants and additional professionals. You will play a pivotal role in aligning our sales strategies with our mission and growth targets.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for leading the strategic sales initiatives to drive the growth of the DCI.
• Strategic development of sales and implementation of an effective sales strategy.
• Carrying out and evaluating regular potential and market analyses.
• Developing new growth areas and sales channels.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and educational partners.
• Preparation of sales forecasts and responsibility for budget management.
• Responsible for developing, analysing, reporting and achieving KPIs.
• Disciplinary and technical leadership of our sales / education consulting teams.
• Further development of the sales team, including training and motivation.
• Close co-operation with the managing director, marketing and product management.

Your Skills

• Proven experience in a managerial position in sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Several years of experience in the area of professional and disciplinary staff management, e.g. as a regional manager.
• Very good knowledge of sales, negotiating skills and experience from market analyses.
• Dynamic and success-orientated sales executive with a hands-on mentality.
• Strategic and analytical way of thinking and acting as well as a solution-orientated approach to challenges.
• Very good knowledge of German (C2) and very good knowledge of English (C1).
• Your place of residence is Berlin.
• You are a team player and celebrate successes together with your team.
