Location & Employment Details

• Location: Eppingen
• Employment Type: Full-time, 2-shift system
• Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust heat treatment ovens, ensuring precise temperature and process control for optimal material properties.
• Monitor and regulate heat treatment cycles, including annealing, quenching, and tempering, according to technical specifications.
• Plan and execute material testing orders promptly, coordinating with production schedules.
• Perform comprehensive quality inspections, including hardness testing, microstructural analysis, and dimensional checks.
• Accurately document all test results and process parameters in compliance with DIN and EN standards.
• Maintain and perform routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and minor repairs on heat treatment and testing equipment to ensure operational reliability.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a Material Testing Specialist, Heat Treatment Technician, or a comparable qualification.
• Practical experience in metallurgical testing and heat treatment processes is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of relevant testing procedures, standards (e.g., DIN EN ISO 17025), and quality assurance protocols.
• Proficient in German, both written and spoken, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently while adhering to safety and quality regulations.
