Your mission
We are looking for an HR Manager (f/m/d) to join us as soon as possible.
As an HR Manager(f/m/d) you will work in a HR team helping Receeve drive excellence in recruiting and HR management. This role provides a great opportunity to take on ownership and drive HR processes and projects. As a team of two, we understand HR & Recruiting as an enabler to develop the remote work environment at Receeve further.
Responsibilities
You work independently in the HR team on both operational and strategic matters
You assist managers and employees on HR related topics
You own recruiting processes from A-Z for assigned positions
You drive internal feedback and performance review processes
You research and implement new hire best-practices for a remote-first business
You interact regularly with the C-Level regarding strategy and process
Your profile
Must-Haves
Min. 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or a similar role
Bachelor or Masters degree in HR related studies or another equivalent qualification
Interest to research and learn best-practices in a broad variety of HR related topics as part of a remote-first team
Initial experience in driving projects and working closely with management
Excellent communication skills in English and German (min. C1)
Residence near enough to Hamburg to be in office at least two days per week
Bonus
Experience in Employer Branding activities
Experience with Personio, Google Workspace, Slack, and/or Asana
