Our HR Operational Excellence Team is looking for an

HR Specialist Data Analytics (d/f/m)

in Wetzlar or Mannheim (hybrid working possible).

In this exciting global position, you will be mainly responsible for HR Analytics and continuous digitalization in HR. You will collaborate on HR process improvements and ensure strong HR governance.

Your Responsibilities

• HR analytics and reporting to contribute significantly to the governance of the company
• Working with the global HR team to improve HR metrics and standards
• Ensuring high data quality as basis for the effective implementation of core HR processes
• Driving continuous improvement and digitalization of our HR systems
• Contributing to global HR projects
• Acting as a key interface with IT, Finance and within the Danaher Group

Our Expectations

• Several years of professional experience in data analytics, reporting and building analytics tools, preferably in an HR environment
• Excellent skills in preparing and working with data in Microsoft Excel
• Extensive experience in HR systems e.g., as a superuser (Workday would be a plus)
• High affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
• Passion for process improvement and project management
• Confidence of working effectively in an international environment and business fluency in English
• Academic degree with very good results

In dieser spannenden globalen Position sind Sie maßgeblich für HR Analytics und kontinuierliche Digitalisierung im HR-Bereich verantwortlich. Sie arbeiten mit an HR-Prozessverbesserungen und sorgen für eine starke HR Governance.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:

• Sie sind für HR-Analytics und Reporting verantwortlich und tragen somit zur Governance des Unternehmens bei
• Sie arbeiten mit dem globalen HR-Team an der Verbesserung von HR-Metrics und Standards
• Sie stellen eine hohe Datenqualität als Basis für die effektive Umsetzung der HR-Kernprozesse sicher
• Sie treiben eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Digitalisierung unserer HR-Systeme voran
• Sie arbeiten in globalen HR-Projekten mit
• Sie sind eine wichtige Schnittstelle zur IT und Finance-Abteilung und innerhalb des Danaher-Konzerns

Ihre Qualifikation:

• Sie besitzen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Datenanalysen, Reporting und dem Aufbau von Analysetools, bevorzugt im HR-Umfeld
• Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in der Aufbereitung und Bearbeitung
  von Daten in Microsoft Excel
• Sie haben umfassende Erfahrung in HR-Systemen (bevorzugt Workday)
• Sie begeistern sich für Prozessverbesserungen und Projektmanagement
• Sie arbeiten gerne und effektiv im internationalen Umfeld und können dies auch problemlos auf Englisch
• Sie haben ein einschlägiges Studium mit sehr gutem Erfolg abgeschlossen
