You want to spend your working day in the future doing exciting back-office work ? Then we are looking for you as a FRENCH-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Foundever®! Provide excellent customer service to Stokke customers.

Start date: 25.11.2024 | Location: Berlin-Kreuzberg | Weekly hours: 40h | Working hours: Mon - Fri between 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM | Salary: Fixed salary 2.152 €/month at 40h/week + performance bonus up to 200 €/month)

Tasks

  • Answering chat and email inquiries from our French-speaking customer base - no telephony!
  • Expert advice on highchairs, pushchairs and the rest of the Stokke range - no sales!
  • Answering shipping and invoicing questions
  • Updating articles in our customer database

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (C2 level)
  • English at least B2
  • Interest in Stokke products and possibly already some experience with them
  • Customer- and service-orientated way of working
  • Work permit for Germany
