Inbound Warehouse Logistics Coordinator (m/w/d)
Location: Sternenfels
Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee incoming goods processes, ensuring accurate receipt and proper storage of all items
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Verify deliveries for accuracy and quantity using ERP systems such as SAP
- Maintain and update warehouse inventory records and databases
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and stock audits
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards within the warehouse and receiving area
- Collaborate with shipping and quality control teams to optimize logistics workflows
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse operative, or comparable qualification
- Proven experience in inbound logistics, handling mechanical parts and assemblies
- Valid forklift license with practical driving experience or willingness to refresh skills
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office applications
- High reliability, precision, and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good command of the German language, both spoken and written
