Your Responsibilities

• Applying various industrial coating techniques to wooden profiles, including spray, roller, and curtain coating methods
• Operating and monitoring production machinery such as automated spray booths and drying ovens to ensure efficient workflow
• Conducting quality control checks throughout the production process, including color matching, surface smoothness, and defect identification
• Packaging finished products carefully according to detailed customer specifications and preparing them for shipment
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Adhering to safety regulations and company standards during all phases of production
• Flexibility to work in a two-shift system to meet production demands

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in painting, coating technology, or a related field
• Practical experience in wood surface treatment, with familiarity in handling different types of wood such as oak, pine, or beech
• Solid knowledge of paints, varnishes, and stains used in industrial wood finishing
• Good technical understanding and ability to operate machinery independently
• Excellent color perception and attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes
• Strong communication skills in German (written and spoken) to follow instructions and collaborate effectively
• Team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
