As an Inside Account Manager for Lenovo, you will be responsible for driving revenue, profit and customer satisfaction across a territory of assigned health systems via telephone and email. You will be also responsible for selling Lenovo Healthcare solutions. In this role you will closely work together with Acquisition Account Manager Healthcare. This is an Inside Sales role located in the Lenovo office and will report to the Manager Business Development Healthcare.
Key responsibilities include:
Enthusiastic and strong will to win Provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone and email Work closely with Account Manager in the acquisition of new customers Assist Acquisition Account Manager with customer requests and ongoing communication touchpoints that drive Customer Experience (CX) Act as the solution specialist by working directly with the customer for configurations to ensure meeting needs of customer along with updates on status Pipeline accuracy and weekly cadence reporting of forecast and opportunity management to Acquisition Account Manager for customer tracking and identifying and confirming ongoing sales needs Strong communication skills and ability to influence customer decisions to close business Leverages technical sales team for complex configurations Driver of pipeline accuracy and weekly cadence reporting of forecasting, opportunity management, customer tracking and identifying and confirming ongoing sales needs
Position Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience aiding in acquisition sales Solid knowledge of the scope of Lenovo's products and services Previous experience in healthcare sector or IT Industry is highly preferred; proven successful sales experience and contracts knowledge Successful history of new business sales, strong direct sales experience, consistent over-achievement of quota and revenue goals. Proven results in growing, developing & managing acquisition accounts is a must Previous experience with Dynamics 365, combined with strong Microsoft application skills Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape Differentiate offerings and articulate the Lenovo value proposition against the competition, to ensure the best potential to win in sales opportunities Maintain an understanding of sales processes, techniques and tools and use them appropriately Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English This position can be located in our offices in Essen or Stuttgart.
