Position Overview

International Order Processing Specialist (m/w/d)

Location: Germersheim
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor international logistical operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and verify pro forma, commercial, and customs invoices for domestic and international clients.
  • Generate and manage shipping documentation such as delivery notes and packing lists in compliance with international trade regulations, customer requirements, and letter of credit terms.
  • Maintain and update relevant customs and export documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners both domestically and abroad to optimize order processing workflows.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent dual study program.
  • Initial experience in customs and export processes is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office and common ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Structured, independent, and customer-focused working style.
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and adaptability, especially when managing complex projects.
