What you will do
Are you skilled IT Business Analyst interested in Salesforce? Join us and support various projects in EMEA&LA within the Service ecosystem we are building, involving areas of Service Max, Salesforce, Oracle technology and similar.
How you will do it
You will play a substantial role in the implementation of our strategy in the Building Technologies & Solutions business unit within Europe/Middle East/Latin America. You are an important member of the Business Engagement Team and a link between Service Business Partner and different IT Teams.
Work with business partners, IT Business Lead (ITBL), delivery team and architects to define and document user stories, existing and to-be business processes and functional requirements applicable for a line of business on EMEALA region level and country-specific requirements.
You will drive discussions ensuring maximum standardization and alignments across lines of businesses and on the enterprise level. Your attention to detail and conceptual thinking are going to play a vital role in achieving this requirement.
Triage new requests and set appropriate delivery expectations
Contribute to multi-functional projects for technical development that involves integration between ServiceMax, Salesforce, Oracle and other applications
Accountable that results meet requirements with regards to software functional fit, quality, reliability, availability, performance, and security & compliance aspects of the solution.
Collaborate on the test strategy, defining critical success factors, acceptance criteria, test plan, documenting test cases, participating in non-regression, integration, user acceptance and other testing
Support governance and quality principles, methodologies and objectives
Support business change manager during the roll out process to ensure adequate communication, training and support is provided as part of the overall program delivery.
What we look for
Required
5+ years of IT experience, including Agile
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and field service processes
High level of team spirit and flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, anticipate errors and optimally prioritize multiple projects
Well organized, results-oriented and eager to switch challenges into opportunities
Ability to facilitate communication between business partners and technical delivery teams to achieve practical outcome and clarity on the solution and next steps
Phenomenal command of English, sophisticated communications skills and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with system integrations and understanding how to fix data discrepancies
Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies
Preferred
Knowledge of Service management platforms like ServiceMax and Oracle
Experience in sizeable multinational corporations
