For our client we are looking for a dedicated and service-orientated Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for the ‘JAPAN DESK’ in a Japanese dealership in Düsseldorf. You can look forward to varied tasks in an international environment in the automotive industry, where you can actively use your language skills.

  • Customer support
  • Long-term maintenance of all customer relationships

Qualifikation

  • Very good knowledge of Japanese, English and German
