BAT GERMANY IS LOOKING FOR A JUNIOR CAMPAIGN PLANNING MANAGER (m/w/d)

FUNCTION: Consumer Experience

LOCATION: Hamburg, Germany
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
You will work closely with Consumer Experience, Category & other teams to create interlinked 360 campaigns for our Multi Category Brand in Germany You will overwatch that all touchpoints are aligned across the activation platforms and do have a consistent tone of voice You will own the 360-campaign planning & evaluation process for campaigns associated to you and foster the cross-functional collaboration between the teams will be a crucial part of your daily business You will support to define & monitor Campaign KPIs and related Budget to meet commercial & brand targets Learnings you have generated out of former campaigns are highly important as you will use them to improve upcoming campaign performance and share across teams You will underpin Campaign Plans with consumer & market insights you will use existing research findings as well as initiate new studies together with Insights & Foresights team With the help of (new) Campaign Planning Tools like Attribution Model & Location Intelligence you will support the business to make efficient decisions when it comes to touchpoint & budget allocation for our Multi Category brands ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
The ideal candidate for this role
University degree (Master +) with focus on (Strategic) Marketing Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in Marketing functions within a multinational FMCG company incl. a sting affinity towards brands and D2C activation Ability to manage multiple activities and cooperate across several departments Good Stakeholder Management & relationship building skills are a must Excellent and effective communication and representation skills Creative approach, ability to think conceptually and out of the box Ability to act on own initiative and guide (“can-do-mindset”) Sense of innovation and interest in new trends Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen WE ARE BAT
