We are seeking a dedicated junior medical doctor (m/w/d) to start immediately. This role is offered under a direct employment contract with the clinic. Your Responsibilities:

• Support a multidisciplinary team that integrates biological, psychotherapeutic, social psychiatric, and systemic treatment methods.
• Participate actively in acute and emergency psychiatric care as well as ongoing therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and their families.
• Apply behavioral therapy techniques and remain open to complementary therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate effectively within a team that values open communication and mutual respect.
• Assist in patient documentation, treatment planning, and follow-up under the supervision of senior physicians.

Your Profile:

• Valid German medical license (Approbation) and residence permit.
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1).
