We are seeking a dedicated Junior Physician (m/w/d) undergoing training in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy for a well-established clinic renowned for its patient care and professional development. This position offers a direct employment relationship with the clinic, ensuring a stable and supportive work environment. Our consulting service facilitates your application process and contract negotiations free of charge.

• Comprehensive training program covering Psychiatry, Psychotherapy, and Psychosomatic Medicine, including a 12-month authorized training period in specialized pain therapy.
• Support for completing all necessary training stages, such as outpatient case supervision and neurology rotations, coordinated in collaboration with the Schleswig-Holstein training network.
• Remuneration according to the collective agreement for physicians (TV-Ärzte VKA).
• Complimentary supplementary insurance providing access to elective and chief physician treatments, with entitlement to a double room in the clinic's elective service area (family coverage available with additional payment).

Your Responsibilities:

• Delivering care and treatment to individuals experiencing mental health disorders across inpatient, partial inpatient, and outpatient settings.
• Actively participating in shaping the daily clinical routines to enhance patient care quality and support staff collaboration.

Your Profile:

• Medical license (Approbation) valid in Germany.
• Strong commitment and initiative with a passion for independently advancing in the psychiatric and psychotherapeutic field.
• Interest in contributing to the clinic's continuous development and improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and organizational competence.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• High sense of responsibility when interacting with patients and their families.
• Proof of mandatory immunizations against SARS-CoV-2 and measles as required by law.
