Team

The RXT team at Raisin are responsible for KYC, Document Management, Customer Postbox, Raisineer Internal tooling for customer communication and documents validation.

Our goal is to deliver the best user experience for customers to complete their KYC swiftly and easily get all their problems addressed, as well as enable customer service and other Raisineers to quickly and easily deliver top-notch service to our Customers.

You will contribute within a cross-functional product team, working closely with leaders from Customer Service, B2C Country Management and Other Product leaders. Within the team, you will work closely with the engineering team and drive initiatives that help build on the strong foundations, while aligning with the best practices in the industry.

Your Responsibilities

This Product Manager role is an opportunity to truly “own” a critical platform service within Raisin’s core business. You will partner with an experienced Engineering Lead to define and deliver the associated product and infrastructure for these efforts.

• You will lead a cross-functional team through complexity and ambiguity to rapidly reach alignment and meaningful decisions.
• You will become the owner and go-to expert for your product, taking care of it from a 360 degrees perspective, from ideation to delivery, tracking performance and company-level business impact.
• You will deeply understand all aspects of your product, associated pain points and help identify opportunities for impact. With the support of your Product Tribe Lead, you will lead their iterative refinement, express clearly their value and success criteria, calling out risks, dependencies and assumptions to qualify.
• You will collaborate with your Product and Engineering Tribe Lead to illuminate the most valuable and feasible roadmap for your cross-functional team. You get buy-in and inspire your colleagues to help realize it.
• You will foster a team culture in which feedback is given and received willingly and continually incl. public praise and private, considerate learning opportunities. For you, failure is a shared outcome.

Your Profile

Must haves:

• 2+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience leading a cross-functional team of engineers
• Fast learner: You have demonstrated the ability to learn quickly, absorb complexity and foster simplicity, figure out solutions to hard problems to determine the best course of action
• Strong business acumen: You enjoy digging into the details of how a business works, identifying how to make it better, and building product/technical solutions to do so
• Operational savvy: You are strong operationally, capable of facilitating processes of your cross-functional team with mentorship support
• Analytical horsepower: You dig deep into the data, think from first principles, and deliver the right results
• Crisp communicator: High attention to detail including precise and effective written and spoken communication
• Results-oriented: You enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects
