Job Description

In this impactful role, you will drive the growth and profitability of Miltenyi Biotec’s Regenerative Medicine portfolio, focusing on clinical PSC and MSC applications. You will shape and execute global marketing strategies that engage stem cell researchers across all stages of development.

• You will manage the portfolio for pluripotent and mesenchymal stem cells, promoting the CliniMACS Prodigy Adherent Cell Culture system along with GMP-compliant consumables, reagents, and QC-tools.
• You will analyze global and regional markets, track scientific trends and competitors, and develop strategies that position our products effectively. Your insights will guide actionable marketing and sales initiatives.
• Working closely with R&D, you will help design new GMP and manufacturing solutions based on market needs. You will also build strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to support product development and positioning.
• Finally, you will support global Sales teams with tailored strategies and materials to ensure successful market entry and customer engagement worldwide.

Qualifications

• You hold a Ph.D. in life sciences and have experience in sales or marketing within the life science industry. Your background in stem cell research or regenerative medicine gives you the scientific insight to connect with our audience.
• You have built clinical KOL networks and are a natural networker who understands customer needs and takes action to refine strategies. You are a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Your problem-solving skills help you navigate complex challenges with confidence. You communicate clearly and work well in cross-functional, international teams.
• Fluent in English and open to international travel (around 30%), you are ready to represent Miltenyi Biotec globally.
