Junior Psychiatric and Psychotherapeutic Physician (m/w/d) in Hildburghausen Join Our Dedicated Medical Team!

We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Physician specializing in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (m/w/d) to join a well-regarded clinic in Hildburghausen. This position offers a direct employment relationship with the clinic. Our personnel consultancy supports you throughout the entire application process at no cost.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical doctors, nursing staff, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.
• Participate actively in patient care, diagnostics, and therapeutic procedures, with opportunities to contribute ideas and develop skills.
• Receive comprehensive supervision and support from experienced senior physicians and specialists.
• Engage in structured training rotations, including mandatory exposure to various departments led by senior consultants.
• Take part in on-call duties following adequate preparation and training.

Your Qualifications:

• Medical license (Approbation) valid for professional practice in Germany.
• Commitment to pursue further specialization in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with an interest in forensic psychiatry.
• Willingness to learn and apply interdisciplinary diagnostic and therapeutic methods.
• Strong communication skills for effective patient and family interactions.
• Basic understanding of the Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG) system and readiness to deepen knowledge.
• Proof of immunization against measles as required by law.
