Position Summary:
Herbliz, a leading company in the cosmetics and dietary supplements industry with a focus on CBD products, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Key Account Manager to join our team.
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our most important clients. Your ability to understand customer needs, anticipate challenges, and exceed client expectations will be crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with high-volume clients to achieve organic growth and long-term company objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring efficient communication and timely resolution of any issues.
Gather, report, and communicate customer feedback on service, technology, and product delivery.
Sales and Business Development:
Research key customer wants and needs, proactively suggesting solutions that align with their requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ordered products are delivered promptly.
Source new potential clients and explore market opportunities.
Work with sales teams to develop up-selling and cross-selling strategies for key clients.
Operational Excellence:
Coordinate all departments involved in creating goods or services for key clients (sales, design, advertising, logistics, marketing, creative, management, etc.) to meet client demands and quality standards.
Create and present regular reports to upper management regarding the status of our relationship with top clients.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifikation
Qualifications:
Education: MA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
Experience: Previous working experience as a Key Account Manager (minimum of X years). Experience in sales and customer services is advantageous.
Skills:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Aptitude in networking and building relationships.
Excellent time and project management skills.
Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude.
