For our international client with offices in Düsseldorf we are currently looking for a

In this position you will execute the day-to-day account management of several strategically important customers & new business development.

Increase sales revenue – a direct primary responsibility
Seek out and develop new business opportunities in line with the company strategy
Plan, implement, monitor, and report on performance vs commercial targets
Development of account plans – regular status and progress updates
Sales forecasts (financial and logistical)
The first point of contact as the interface between the customer and the company
Recognize and escalate any critical issues regarding the customer
Conduct all company activity in accordance and with respect for the rules and values of the company
At all times plan to exceed the customer’s expectations
Provide reports / de-brief for all customer meetings
Plan and have regular meetings with customers
Perform all other duties as required
Liaison with German and European Marketing Profile
Your Profile:
At least 3 years of prior experiences in the position
University Degree in Business studies / Economics or equivalent
An understanding of the DIY / Retail Market and its major players is essential
You have already worked within an international organization
Former experience in Retail Sales is required
You have commercial energy, are customer-oriented and can work independently and proactively
You are a team player
Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm, determination & professionalism in dealing with prospects and clients in a proactive manner
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Driving license
German fluent/mother tongue and English fluent
Retail sales experience - security systems - driving license
