We offer the world’s finest coffee and equipment to over 150,000 customers online and in our Cafés, driven by our goal to make high-end coffee experiences enjoyable and accessible to all. We foster direct trade relationships with coffee farmers worldwide, pay high prices for the coffee beans, and ensure everyone involved in the value chain gets treated fairly and respectfully. For every kilogram of coffee we sell, we invest € 1 through our Coffee Circle Foundation e.V. to help support sustainable improvements in coffee-growing areas, such as providing clean drinking water, hygiene training, and coffee labs. With over 4 million euros raised in donations, we cannot wait to increase our positive impact with you on our team, one cup of coffee at a time.

Your role

• Comply of our quality standards for hygiene and safety
• Oversee preparatory and finishing work in the kitchen area
• Take ownership of cleaning and hygiene tasks (washing dishes, cutlers, glasses and kitchen utensils)
• Follow the regulations for waste separation and disposal
• Apply the hygiene concept according to HACCP
• Support the kitchen team as needed
• Provide assistance in the preparation of food ingredients

Your profile

• Available to work as minijobber, one shift a week (7-8h per shift) on average. We won't offer a fixed working day a week and the day may differ based on your own schedule and the company needs.
• 1-2 years of work experience in gastronomy
• Work according to HACCP standard
• Reliability as well as stress resistance
• Good communication skills in dealing with colleagues
• Quick comprehension
• Careful, responsible and clean way of working
• High degree of quality awareness and commitment
• Fluency in English and good understanding of the German language
• Berlin based with a valid EU working permit
