Coordinator for Logistics Processes (m/w/d)

Location: Heilbronn (Neckar) Employment Type: Shift work, Full-time Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Collaborate closely with production teams to manage material flow and optimize supply chain processes
• Implement and monitor inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
• Manage documentation related to shipment, receiving, and internal transfers with accuracy
• Utilize ERP systems to maintain up-to-date records and support reporting requirements

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Experience with warehouse management systems and ERP software is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and communication
• Valid forklift license is a plus but not mandatory
