Your Responsibilities at OPmobility:
Ensuring smooth production processes and high availability of equipment and machinery
Supporting and reporting to the Supervisor in daily operations
Ensuring compliance with standardized work procedures
Monitoring, improving, and optimizing processes regarding quality, output, and 5S standards
Applying Quality Basics, at minimum for first-off inspections, self-inspections, and final inspections
Training employees and onboarding new team members
Monitoring production materials
Ensuring customer quality requirements are met
Operating machines and working at individual workstations
Packing and labeling customer containers according to existing work and inspection instructions
What You Bring:
Completed vocational training
2–3 years of professional experience in a plastics processing company
Good manual and technical skills
A true team player with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Windows XP, Word, Excel and SAP
German language skills (spoken and written) are required; additional languages are a plus
