Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth production processes and high availability of equipment and tools

• Support and report to the supervisor in daily operations

• Act as deputy for the supervisor during their absence

• Ensure timely escalation of production, quality, or safety issues

• Identify, scrap, and label defective parts according to quality standards

• Coordinate and support daily task organization within the team (task assignment, rotation, performance tracking)

• Ensure compliance with standardized work procedures

• Monitor, improve, and optimize processes in terms of quality, quantity, and 5S

• Apply quality basics, at a minimum for first part inspection, self-inspection, and final inspection

• Train employees and onboard new team members

• Monitor production materials and, if necessary, initiate reorders via the supervisor

• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements

• Actively contribute to continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, PDCA)

• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of production and quality data

• Perform tasks at machines and individual workstations

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a plastics processing company

• Skilled in manual/technical work

• Team player with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and SAP

• Proficiency in German (spoken and written) required; additional languages are an advantage

• Reliable, precise, and proactive working attitude

• Ability to work under pressure and make independent decisions
