For a well-established clinic with an excellent reputation, we are seeking a Lead Physician (m/w/d) to join our team immediately. This is a permanent position with a direct employment contract between you and our client. Your responsibilities:

• Providing expert psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care to inpatient, partial inpatient, and outpatient children and adolescent patients
• Supervising and mentoring assistant physicians (m/w/d) with professional guidance
• Independently conducting diagnostic and therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings
• Ensuring continuity and quality of treatment processes
• Actively participating in multidisciplinary case conferences and innovative clinical projects

Your profile:

• German recognition as a specialist physician (m/w/d) in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Strong specialist expertise with a commitment to high-quality patient care
• Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy when working with patients and their families
• Independent, responsible working style combined with strong teamwork abilities
• Interest and experience in working within interdisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in clinical IT systems specific to hospital environments
