Pricing Framework: challenge and further develop our framework on fleet utilization, pricing and how we consider supply and demand
Pricing Initiative Development: Design the overall pricing strategy and implement pricing initiatives, balancing revenue vs. contribution margin optimization
Yield Management: Provide guidance on fleet supply, composition and allocation to maximize revenue, utilization rates (make sure that our cars are being used as often as possible) and CLV across various regions and market segments
Price point testing: test price elasticity and prove successful changes with A/B or multivariate tests before rolling out prices in all areas
Revenue Forecasting and Budgeting: Provide guidance and manage revenue forecasts and oversee budget planning for pricing initiatives
Customer Insights & Segmentation: Analyze customer segments, understand price sensitivity and leverage customer data and insights to drive customer activity and overall revenue
Market and competitive analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer preferences, and pricing strategies of competitors
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze pricing and yield management performance metrics, proactively highlighting areas for improvement and optimization
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced data analytics and modeling techniques to inform pricing decisions and forecast demand
Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing, Finance, Product teams and C-Level to ensure the cohesive development and execution of pricing strategies
Dein Profil
You have extensive work experience (+5 years) in pricing, yield management or revenue management within fast-paced environments like consulting and scale-ups or from a corporate, preferably from the mobility or travel industry
You are an experienced strategic thinker with the proven ability to develop and execute strategic pricing and yield management initiatives
You have a data-driven mind-set and demonstrated expertise with SQL, Excel and data visualization; understanding and experience with statistics, A/B test design/analysis is desirable
You are independent and pragmatic in handling business challenges in a fast-paced environment, while cherishing collaborating with your key stakeholders and taking them along the journey
You are great at problem-solving, structuring and communication skills. You provide clear & concise guidance through all forms of communication to effectively drive decision-making and execution
You have a university degree in business administration, economics, statistics, industrial engineering or similar
You can factor in soft factors in the buying or pricing decision
You are fluent in English and ideally also in German
