Lead Product Designer - B2B Marketplace Scale-up - €90k-€k base - Berlin/Hybrid We are seeking a German-speaking Lead UX / Product Designer for a global marketplace scale-up (over 1, people) in Germany with tens of millions of monthly users. The design/research org is currently at around 25 folks and they're now looking for a lead designer to take over one of the B2B product lines and manage/mentor a couple of mid-level design reports while remaining hands-on with your craft. This company has an appetite to shift towards being design-led, so the design/research org will be growing by 50% in the next 12 months (currently at 24 designers/researchers) As the Lead Designer, you'll take ownership of the product discovery process in your B2B product squad and ensure the ability to explore a variety of possible solutions to a single problem, and also run workshops and facilitate meetings to ensure a shared understanding of product strategy and outcomes across the team in collaboration with product leaders. The ideal candidate would be a German-speaking designer with experience at the Senior, principal, staff or lead level, ideally managing/mentoring a few designers while working on B2B products.
