We are seeking a dedicated Lead Psychiatrist (m/w/d) for a well-established clinic renowned for its patient-centered care. This position offers a direct employment contract with the clinic. Your Responsibilities:

• Senior clinical leadership of the adult general psychiatry department
• Strategic planning and continuous development of medical and therapeutic services, including process optimization within the clinic
• Active involvement in staff development, including the supervision and training of junior doctors and other clinical staff
• Representation of the clinic both internally and externally, fostering and expanding cooperative networks and partnerships
• Oversight of quality management and adherence to clinical standards
• Participation in on-call duties and interdisciplinary case conferences

Your Profile:

• Board-certified specialist (m/w/d) in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Psychiatry and Psychosomatic Medicine
• Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive and innovative approach
• Cooperative leadership style that motivates and supports team members
• Commitment to medical education, including the training of residents and mentoring of psychologists and other healthcare professionals
• Interest in contributing to research and teaching activities is an advantage
