We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Rheumatology Physician (m/w/d) for a well-established hospital in the Münster region. This position offers a direct employment contract with the hospital. Your Responsibilities

• Medical leadership and responsibility within the rheumatology department
• Leading and conducting patient ward rounds and participating in on-call duties
• Providing expert guidance and training to assistant physicians
• Managing patient and family consultations with empathy and professionalism
• Overseeing outpatient care and coordinating multidisciplinary treatment plans
• Contributing to organizational and economic strategies within the department
• Collaborating closely with hospital management and other clinical specialties to ensure high-quality patient care

Your Profile

• Board certification in rheumatology
• Strong leadership skills combined with empathy and teamwork
• Commitment to long-term collaboration and continuous improvement
• Experience in managing clinical teams and interdisciplinary coordination is advantageous
